The Triple Crown Athlete Development Program is our most comprehensive development program – built for young athletes who want to become stronger, faster, more skilled and more confident baseball players.
We believe long-term baseball development requires more than hitting lessons, pitching instruction or taking extra reps in a cage.
It requires developing the complete athlete.
From fall through spring, athletes train through a structured development plan combining baseball skill development, strength and movement training, pitching and arm development, technology, and competitive opportunities.
The goal isn’t simply to prepare athletes for their next baseball season.
It’s to help build the foundation for the player they can become.
The TRIPLE CROWN ACADEMY PROGRAM is a structured, long-term development environment designed for athletes who want to continue improving during the off-season.
This is not a drop-in clinic.
This is not a short-term camp.
It is a thoughtfully planned training program that supports skill development, athletic growth, and confidence over time — while respecting recovery, seasonal play, and age-appropriate progression.
From mid-September through April, athletes train consistently inside a modern baseball facility built to support learning, movement, and development.
TRIPLE CROWN ACADEMY PROGRAM training takes place inside a purpose-built facility designed for today’s game.
Athletes train using tools that support understanding and feedback, including:
Technology is used to support coaching, not replace it — helping athletes understand what they’re working on and why.
Technical Director | Hitting Coach
Matt provides overall guidance to the TRIPLE CROWN ACADEMY PROGRAM, helping shape training standards, expectations, and long-term development philosophy. His experience at the highest levels of the game brings perspective, clarity, and accountability to how the program is built and delivered.
Director of Player Development
Jody oversees the day-to-day structure and execution of the program, ensuring consistency across age groups and alignment between training, coaching, and athlete development. His focus is on building an environment that supports steady improvement and positive athlete experiences.
Operations Manager | Pitching Coach
Greg is a NCCP & Driveline Baseball Certified Coach, and a former Fredericton Royals pitcher who ranks among the organization’s top strikeout leaders. He combines competitive playing experience with a strong foundation in modern, data-driven training.
As OPERATIONS MANAGER at Triple Crown, Greg plays a key role in delivering a high-quality training environment while working closely with athletes to build efficient movement patterns, develop arm strength and command, and gain a deeper understanding of their performance.
The TRIPLE CROWN ACADEMY PROGRAM is offered across multiple age groups, allowing athletes to train with peers while receiving instruction appropriate to their stage of development.

Competition is not the focus of the program — it is an extension of training, used to reinforce learning and growth.
TRIPLE CROWN ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM is designed as a complete off-season training solution rather than a collection of add-ons.
Over the course of the program, athletes receive:
When compared to piecing together private lessons, gym memberships, and short-term programs, Fall / Winter provides a more cohesive and intentional approach to development.
Due to group size limits, athletes must apply for the TRIPLE CROWN ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM.
