Our Hitting Lab brings Matt Stairs’ experience as an MLB hitter and hitting coach together with technology that helps players understand their swing. The focus is on giving each hitter a clear plan, practical adjustments and the confidence to take quality swings into competition.
Dedicated indoor batting lanes support everything from tee work and live hitting to individual instruction and competitive HitTrax sessions. HitTrax measures exit velocity, launch angle and distance, while Blast provides insight into bat speed and swing movement. Guided by experienced coaching, that feedback helps players understand what’s working, identify what needs attention and make their practice count.

Led by Driveline-certified pitching coach Greg Hallihan, our Pitching Lab supports everything from learning the fundamentals to refining a pitcher’s delivery and pitch movement. Rapsodo provides detailed feedback on velocity, spin, movement and strike percentage, giving players and coaches a clearer picture of each session.
The turf training area features an indoor mound, home plate and a reinforced rubber-padded throwing wall with individual targets and pitching stations. Together, these allow for focused mound work, throwing drills and command training. Players can work on specific adjustments, measure their progress and build habits they can carry onto the field.

Our Coaching Room gives teams, coaches and small groups a dedicated space to explore the thinking side of baseball. Two large screens, a full-size whiteboard and In-Motion Playbooks make it easy to review game footage, explain positioning, discuss baserunning and work through defensive situations together.
Coaches can bring their own teaching approach into the room, using video and visual instruction to help players understand both their responsibilities and the reasons behind them. The space also supports group learning within select Triple Crown programs, connecting classroom discussion with practical work in the facility.
Whether it’s a team meeting, a video session or preparation for the season, this is a place to slow the game down and build understanding.

Our UA Training Gym reflects a belief at the heart of Triple Crown: developing a baseball player means developing the athlete behind the skills. Strength, speed, balance, coordination and conditioning all deserve a place alongside hitting, fielding and pitching.
That approach draws on co-founder Jody Peterson’s background in professional baseball, years of mixed martial arts training and experience as a trainer working with competitive firefighter teams, martial arts athletes and professional IFBB fitness athletes.
With power racks, free weights, medicine balls, jump boxes, a turf sled lane, an air runner and air bikes, the gym makes physical preparation part of the training environment. It gives athletes the space to build consistent habits, take ownership of their development and put in the work beyond baseball practice.
